Michael Thomas Coffee needed two new websites; one for their front end sales such as online to-go orders, merchandising, and subscription orders. Their operations needed to consolidate their in-store POS systems and online processing systems to save operation time and costs. I created their new site in Square and after doing systematic research, user research, and designed an information system to enhance the user experience.
Their next needs were to create a whole new website for their wholesale operations, Michael Thomas Coffee Wholesale. They needed an ACH payment processing solution to save on processing fees and easily integrate orders with shipping, packaging, and notifications all in one place. I created them a website in WordPress using customizations to meet their needs and help them save in operation costs and time. This website is a private membership-based site with a custom login and password only allowed to their wholesale clients.
