As both a multimedia designer and educator, I approach client projects through the lens of real-world problem solving. For Itality Plant-Based Foods, I worked closely with the client to uncover their unique story, values, and mission, then translated those insights into a user-centered website experience that improved online ordering and strengthened brand communication. The project required skills in UX research, content strategy, visual storytelling, information architecture, and web design.
This case study reflects the type of industry experience I bring into the classroom. Students studying graphic design, multimedia, and web design can see how design extends beyond aesthetics to include audience research, brand positioning, content development, and user experience. Through projects like this, I help learners understand how creative professionals collaborate with clients, solve communication challenges, and create meaningful digital experiences that support organizational goals.

This project demonstrates how design can be used to tell meaningful stories while supporting business objectives. Through client interviews, research, content strategy, and UX-focused web design, I helped Itality communicate its mission of promoting healthy, plant-based Pueblo-inspired food while improving the customer ordering experience. In the classroom, I use projects like this to teach students how design thinking, storytelling, and user experience work together to create effective digital solutions.
